Atkins has acquired Pöyry's oil and gas business
Atkins, one of the world’s leading engineering and design consultancies, recently purchased the oil and gas business of Pöyry PLC’s energy group.
The oil and gas business of Pöyry’s energy group specialise in engineering, design and operational support services for offshore developments in the oil and gas industry. Atkins has integrated the business into its market operations in the UK, Europe, Middle East and North America complementing Pöyry’s expertise in process-led multi-disciplinary projects with Atkins’ traditional oil and gas consultancy and assurance services.
